Disordered eating, eating disorders and body image issues are more common than many may think. I work with all of these challenges from a fat positive, anti- diet and HAES lens.
LGBTQ+, Neurodivergent and racially marginalized folks experience eating disorders at a much higher rate than their cis, straight, neurotypical and white peers, but a majority of research excludes them.

I have experience supporting folks needing to go in to and stepping down from a higher level of care. I can coordinate with dieticians and doctors.
I understand how gender, sex assigned at birth and body image get tangled into the need to use food and exercise to control body composition.
I also understand aversion to certain foods, textures and bodily sensations can affect one's relationship with eating and body image.
